SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends 
and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message once your 
order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times & Areas
- Dubai: half day
- Other UAE Emirates: 1 day business days
- GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman,Turkey): 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. 
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (announced 
during promotions).

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. A small COD handling fee 
may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp 
or email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to 
customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control. We appreciate 
your patience.
